But when we get them to do a single leg stability test the knee drops in, wobbles and there is little or no control. This is a perfect example of when someone is using the wrong muscles to run, probably carrying injuries and at a guess spending a heap of money on physio or chiro’s. Pain is your body’s way of saying “something is wrong” and the stubborn athlete often ignores this.
